From the weird files: a former English parish councillor has married the fourth eldest son of Osama bin Laden. She’s told her family and friends about it but has waited until now to come out publicly. I wonder how that conversation went:
Mrs Felix-Browne: Hi ‘Sally.’ Guess what? I got married!
‘Sally’: Really?! To whom?
Mrs Felix-Browne: His name is Omar bin Laden and he’s from Saudi Arabia.
‘Sally’: Um, excuse me, did you just say bin Laden?
Mrs Felix-Browne: Yeah, he’s Osama’s fourth eldest, but don’t worry, they aren’t alike at all and his father didn’t attend the wedding.
‘Sally’: Well, at least you won’t have to worry about the in-laws visiting!
