That I am horrible at writing these days. Hopefully it will pick up in the near future. There just hasn’t seemed to be a lot that has riled me up enough to write about recently. And my personal life hasn’t been all that interesting recently either. A little run-down:
Ever marked up roughly 1,000 ballot papers? Not exactly high times. I didn’t hate it though. It’s part of my job and I love my job. Tim and I watched rugby all weekend. Thank God for the rugby world cup. I love that game. For those not in the know it’s kind of (not really but close enough to make a comparison) like American football…only better! No wussy pads or helmets, just good old scrappy tackling, running and passing of the ball. Check it out sometime. Oh, and America has a rugby team if you didn’t know. They did very well against England in their opening match Saturday.
Friday we’re off to Cardiff to see our friends (and some say mine and Tim’s matchmakers) James and Jenni get married. Our friends Mendy and Dave are riding down with us and staying at Tim’s parents’ house with us. It will be super fun spending time with them. They are off on a world tour (if you will) in January and then Jenni and James are moving to Finland (where Jenni is from) at the end of October so Tim and I will be very ‘wonewy.’
Saturday Wales play rugby again this time in Cardiff at the Millennium Stadium against Australia. Tim, Mendy, Dave and I will (possibly) be nursing hangovers from the night before enjoying a home-cooked breakfast watching the rugby. It will be great…provided we win! Well, I suppose that’s about it. At least you have something to read here even if it isn’t very funny or politically inclined. Sorry I’m so crap at the moment.
Don’t be wonwey–we always have the weewail and the winterwet.
