As useful as tits on a boar

I know the decision has been made and there isn’t any going back. I know that a lot of ink has been spilled discussing how ridiculous Sarah Palin is as a VP candidate but here is an excellent piece I just read. If the pundits and journalists are still talking about it, it must still be relatively news-worthy. With Palin’s first real test coming up on Thursday night when she debates Biden, it is a timely topic.

I was going to joke that I have more foreign policy experience than Palin but I think it may be almost true. I’ve certainly studied it intently over the past four to five years and, hey, I actually live in a foreign country so I can see first-hand how that foreign policy affects, you know, foreigners. If Palin can claim being able to see Russia from her house as foreign policy experience surely I can claim living in a foreign country as the same. In fact, I think living in a foreign country trumps just being able to see one. I am officially more experienced in foreign policy than Sarah Palin. Where’s my VP candidacy? I’ll be waiting by the phone.

    I cannot wait for Thursday!

Even my 93 year old Granny said, “They sure don’t let her talk to the press, do they?”

    Loves it!
